Trois \u00e9quipes de dirigeants, cadres du Groupe ou managers ext\u00e9rieurs ayant une bonne exp\u00e9rience de la profession, se sont succ\u00e9d\u00e9es tous les deux ans \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sans succ\u00e8s. La filiale va encore subir cette ann\u00e9e plus de 10 % de perte par rapport \u00e0 un chiffre d\u2019affaires d\u2019environ 20 millions d\u2019euros. Toutefois, le Groupe ne souhaite pas s\u2019en s\u00e9parer, officiellement parce qu\u2019elle lui procure une image \u00ab high-tech \u00bb. En dernier ressort, le Groupe fait appel \u00e0 un manager au profil diff\u00e9rent de ses pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseurs. Manuel Vintimi est un dirigeant op\u00e9rationnel r\u00e9alisant des missions en entreprise d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de performance, de redressement et de gestion de crise. Manuel Vintimi prononce son premier discours devant l\u2019ensemble du personnel, une centaine de personnes, dans l\u2019atelier principal, avec 5 objectifs en t\u00eate\u202f: faire preuve de compassion, rassurer, donner de l\u2019espoir, d\u00e9montrer la confiance que lui et l\u2019actionnaire ont dans les employ\u00e9s<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(2)<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> et assoir sa l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9.
