La s\u00e9paration est programm\u00e9e dans la meilleure entente. Le d\u00e9missionnaire est reconnu pour avoir initi\u00e9 au sein des unit\u00e9s une d\u00e9marche d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue. Les cabinets de recrutements tardant \u00e0 trouver le successeur, la Direction se tourne vers le Management de Transition. Au-del\u00e0 du simple passage de relai entre les deux dirigeants de l\u2019usine, cette mission de Management de Transition a permis d\u2019assurer la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement dans un contexte difficile.
