Quelques 40 personnes de l\u2019atelier conditionnement sont form\u00e9es aux outils et participent aux chantiers d\u2019am\u00e9lioration. Les r\u00e9sultats sont probants. Le TRS (taux de rendement synth\u00e9tique) de 2 lignes est am\u00e9lior\u00e9 en 3 mois de 39%\u202f! Le taux de reprise des m\u00e9dicaments chute de moiti\u00e9. Leur retraitement auparavant diff\u00e9r\u00e9 se fait maintenant dans le flux. Le temps de conversion d\u2019une ligne polyvalente (temps entre le dernier produit bon de la s\u00e9rie pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et le premier produit bon de la production stabilis\u00e9e de la fabrication suivante) passe de 10h \u00e0 2h50 soit divis\u00e9 par 3,5\u202f! Le processus de lib\u00e9ration des lots gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une meilleure coordination et la mise en place d\u2019un workflow est fiabilis\u00e9 mais aussi raccourci.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pour \u00e9viter les ruptures d\u2019approvisionnement des tubes, des ampoules, un nouveau syst\u00e8me d\u2019approvisionnement est mis en place.
