En tant que dirigeant de transition professionnel, avec une exp\u00e9rience de la gestion de crise d\u2019entreprise, \u202fje constate un fort accroissement de sollicitations dans ce domaine depuis cet automne, pour des op\u00e9rations dont ni les pouvoirs publics ni les m\u00e9dias ne sont encore au courant. D\u2019apr\u00e8s mon observation, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral les crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection des managers qui vont g\u00e9rer ces op\u00e9rations et les formes de restructuration envisag\u00e9es privil\u00e9gient comme d\u2019habitude le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9conomique de l\u2019entreprise au d\u00e9pend de l\u2019impact social. Mais, est-ce que le vent de fronde sociale soufflant sur notre pays permettra de r\u00e9aliser ces op\u00e9rations comme d\u2019habitude\u202f? N\u2019y a-t-il pas d\u2019autres moyens de sauver notre \u00e9conomie et nos emplois ?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il n\u2019y a pas de solution universelle, cela se saurait, mais de nombreux exemples de crises d\u2019entreprises qui ont permis de faire \u00e9clore de nouvelles activit\u00e9s et de pr\u00e9server une bonne partie ou tous les emplois concern\u00e9s. Ces exp\u00e9riences se basent sur des principes\u202ftels que\u202f: l\u2019humain d\u2019abord, l\u2019ancrage territorial, la solidarit\u00e9, la relocalisation, l\u2019innovation, l\u2019exploitation ou le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, parfois le changement radical d\u2019activit\u00e9 et le transfert de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de l\u2019entit\u00e9 concern\u00e9 \u00e0 de nouveaux actionnaires plus port\u00e9s sur des valeurs que sur le profit.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Par exemple, l\u2019entreprise Ceralep, fabricant d\u2019isolateurs \u00e9lectriques en porcelaine que son propri\u00e9taire souhaitait mettre en liquidation judiciaire, a \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9e en 2004 par une cinquantaine de salari\u00e9s, environ la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019effectif, soutenus par la communaut\u00e9 locale. L\u2019entreprise s\u2019est depuis d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et a recommenc\u00e9 \u00e0 embaucher. Autre exemple, la filiale fran\u00e7aise de CCM Sulzer, fabricant de gros moteurs diesels, d\u2019environ 2000 employ\u00e9s, \u00e9tait au bord de la faillite dans les ann\u00e9es 80 du fait de la grosse chute du march\u00e9 des chantiers navals. Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019avoir recours \u00e0 un licenciement massif, son dirigeant \u00e0 pari\u00e9 sur l\u2019imagination, l\u2019\u00e9nergie et la coop\u00e9ration de ses employ\u00e9s pour repositionner l\u2019entreprise sur le march\u00e9 des centrales \u00e9lectriques. 12 ann\u00e9es plus tard l\u2019entreprise \u00e9tait leader mondial dans son secteur. A noter aussi le cas du Groupe Archer qui a convaincu en 2011 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Sodimas, fabricant d\u2019ascenseur, de remplacer le projet de d\u00e9localisation d\u2019une partie de la production en Chine par un transfert de sa technologie au Groupe Archer en France. L\u2019op\u00e9ration a \u00e9t\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s et d\u2019autres coop\u00e9rations seraient \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude entre les 2 entreprises. De nombreux autres exemples de ce type sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans le petit livre \u00ab L\u2019\u00e9conomie qu\u2019on aime ! \u00bb \u00e9crit par Amandine Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my, Sophie Keller et Romain Stiline.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">On ne peut pas syst\u00e9matiser ces types de solutions, mais on peut s\u00fbrement les multiplier si elles sont privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es et facilit\u00e9es par les actionnaires, dirigeants et donneurs d\u2019ordre d\u2019entreprises en difficult\u00e9. Cela peut leur para\u00eetre id\u00e9aliste et inenvisageable, car il n\u2019est pas facile d\u2019imaginer que la solution se trouve en dehors du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre habituel de l\u2019entreprise ou que d\u2019autres peuvent r\u00e9ussir l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019on a \u00e9chou\u00e9. Pourtant, comme l\u2019a dit Albert Einstein \u00ab\u202faucun probl\u00e8me ne peut \u00eatre solutionn\u00e9 au m\u00eame niveau de conscience que celui o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00bb. De plus, compte tenu du climat social et \u00e9conomique exceptionnel que nous vivons, ces d\u00e9cideurs ont int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 reconsid\u00e9rer leurs m\u00e9thodes habituelles de restructuration.<\/span><span entreprise de redevenir rentable ? \u00bb, mais \u00ab Comment allons-nous permettre l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019une solution pour sauver le maximum d\u2019emplois, tout en permettant \u00e0 notre entreprise de redevenir rentable ? \u00bb<\/span><span dirigeants et donneurs d\u2019ordres des entreprises en difficult\u00e9 int\u00e8grent le plus t\u00f4t possible la sauvegarde des emplois (pas obligatoirement dans leur entreprise) comme une
