En cas de situation d\u2019urgence le recours rapide \u00e0 un nouveau manager local ou l\u2019envoi express d\u2019un manager depuis le pays de base du Groupe est extr\u00eamement difficile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre. Si la mission du manager est d\u00e9licate, comme par exemple la reprise en main d\u2019une filiale \u00e0 la d\u00e9rive ou la cession de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, trouver un manager local adapt\u00e9 ou motiver un cadre de groupe \u00e0 se lancer dans l\u2019aventure est tout aussi difficile.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De plus en plus de groupes font donc appel dans ce genre de situation \u00e0 un Manager de Transition. En plus des qualit\u00e9s habituelles d\u2019un Dirigeant de Transition (exp\u00e9rience de direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, comp\u00e9tences manag\u00e9riales, r\u00e9sistance au stress, capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le changement, connaissance adapt\u00e9e du secteur, \u2026) la personne doit ma\u00eetriser les langues exig\u00e9es par la fonction (le fran\u00e7ais dans un Groupe fran\u00e7ais, l\u2019incontournable anglais, auxquelles s\u2019ajoute souvent la langue du pays de la filiale).\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Toutefois le Manager ne<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">sera l\u2019homme de la situation qu\u2019\u00e0 la condition suppl\u00e9mentaire d\u2019avoir une ouverture et une exp\u00e9rience multiculturelle suffisante.
