Mais cette d\u00e9marche n\u2019est pas structurante, elle a peu d\u2019influence sur les membres et l\u2019environnement de votre entreprise et encore moins sur les crises cit\u00e9es en introduction.\u00a0<\/p><p>Vous \u00eates avant tout un \u00eatre humain, s\u00fbrement p\u00e8re ou m\u00e8re de famille, conscient de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019agir pour pr\u00e9server au mieux l\u2019avenir de vos enfants et contribuer gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 votre statut de dirigeant \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 humaine. Mais votre priorit\u00e9 professionnelle reste principalement \u00e9conomique, ce qui bien s\u00fbr ne suffit pas. Pourquoi ?\u00a0<\/p><p>A priori, par ce que vous \u00eates enferm\u00e9 dans le grand dilemme du dirigeant du XXIe si\u00e8cle. Vous ne trouvez pas de r\u00e9ponse satisfaisante aux questions suivantes : que puis-je faire \u00e0 mon niveau pour contribuer v\u00e9ritablement \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution de ces crises tout en garantissant la meilleure r\u00e9ussite possible de mon entreprise ? Comment concilier r\u00e9sultats \u00e9conomiques et responsabilit\u00e9s sociale, soci\u00e9tale et environnementale\u202f?\u00a0<\/p><p>L\u2019importance du dilemme est inversement proportionnelle \u00e0 votre puissance. Plus vous avez de comptes \u00e0 rendre aux diverses parties prenantes (syst\u00e8me financier, actionnaires, employ\u00e9s, march\u00e9, \u2026), plus vos convictions sociales, soci\u00e9tales et environnementales sont contr\u00e9es par la peur d\u2019\u00eatre incompris et la crainte de l\u2019\u00e9chec. Le dilemme est aussi aggrav\u00e9 par l\u2019importance des changements n\u00e9cessaires, les risques qu\u2019ils comportent, le manque de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et de marche \u00e0 suivre, l\u2019inconnu \u2026 En effet, il n\u2019y a pas de recette miracle, r\u00e9ussir l\u2019int\u00e9gration du d\u00e9veloppement durable dans la strat\u00e9gie et le management de n\u2019importe quelle entreprise n\u00e9cessite une d\u00e9marche personnalis\u00e9e et peu de dirigeants en ont les comp\u00e9tences.\u00a0<\/p><p>Enfin, peut-\u00eatre que la situation financi\u00e8re de votre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et le contexte \u00e9conomique difficile et impr\u00e9visible rendent actuellement ce type de projet incongru \u00e0 vos yeux. Et pourtant, justement, dans beaucoup de cas il faut ce type de changement radical pour sortir par le haut, en particulier sur le plan \u00e9conomique. Quel dilemme !\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Voici une proposition de d\u00e9marche pour sortir de ce dilemme\u202f:\u00a0<\/p><ol><li data-leveltext=\"%1.\" data-font=\"Times New Roman\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\">Fixez-vous comme priorit\u00e9 : la Performance Globale de votre entreprise, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire performance sur les plans \u00e9conomique, environnemental, social et soci\u00e9tal, en synergie.<br \/>\u00a0<\/li><li data-leveltext=\"%1.\" data-font=\"Times New Roman\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\">Prenez conscience de la gravit\u00e9 de la situation afin de gagner en conviction. Pour cela informez vous sur les aspects \u00e9conomiques et politiques (ce n\u2019est pas difficile, les m\u00e9dias nous inondent de news \u00e0 ce sujet), mais aussi sur les crises environnementale (souvent mal trait\u00e9e dans les m\u00e9dias grands publics) et sociale.
