Cette entreprise en difficult\u00e9 \u00e9conomique a \u00e9t\u00e9 reprise en main par un dirigeant de transition qui m\u00e8ne en parall\u00e8le un PSE touchant 1\/5<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e8me<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> de l\u2019effectif, une r\u00e9organisation et une d\u00e9marche de remotivation des \u00e9quipes. Pour cela les participants sont r\u00e9unis par 2 et leur est fourni une liste de 4 ou 5 questions, en rapport avec le sujet et support d\u2019un interview r\u00e9ciproque d\u2019environ 1 heure qui permet \u00e0 chacun d\u2019exprimer ses talents, ressources, r\u00e9ussites et les piliers de ces r\u00e9ussites. Les interviewers restituent ensuite le meilleur de ces entretiens en r\u00e9union pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re o\u00f9 les meilleurs enseignements sont not\u00e9s sur un tableau.<\/span><\/li><li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Devenir<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> : que voulons-nous\u202f? de quoi r\u00eavons-nous\u202f? Une des questions de l\u2019interview de l\u2019\u00e9tape 2 porte sur les id\u00e9es ou r\u00eaves d\u2019am\u00e9liorations. Elles font l\u2019objet aussi d\u2019un partage en r\u00e9unions pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re ou chacun est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019exprimer librement et si possible d\u2019une fa\u00e7on artistique. On fait appel ainsi \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle.<\/span><\/li><li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> D\u00e9cision<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> : comment passons-nous \u00e0 l\u2019action\u202f?
