De m\u00eame je m\u2019efforce de les faire comprendre et appliquer aux nouveaux managers que je rencontre.\u202f<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">construction de l\u2019\u00e9quipe <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">est souvent la plus probl\u00e9matique, car elle demande du temps pour \u00e9valuer, former ou remplacer les membres les plus faibles, en qualit\u00e9 de manager de transition nous avons rarement le temps, il faut rapidement rep\u00e9rer les collaborateurs sur lesquels nous pourrons nous appuyer, aider certains d\u2019entre eux, mais surtout ne pas s\u2019\u00e9puiser \u00e0 emmener quelqu\u2019un qui ne le veux pas ou ne le peux pas.<\/span><\/li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8me<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> est l\u2019essence m\u00eame du m\u00e9tier\u202fde manager, encore plus en position de transition. Nous intervenons sur une crise et \u00eatre capable d\u2019apporter rapidement des solutions est capital pour la r\u00e9ussite de la mission. Mais m\u00eame en dehors de ce cadre, il est toujours pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de venir avec des solutions qu\u2019avec des probl\u00e8mes, m\u00eame une solution partielle est souvent la base d\u2019un plan futur qu\u2019il faut mener au plus vite et cela permet de placer les \u00e9quipes dans une attitude positive, travailler sur des solutions c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9gler le probl\u00e8me.<\/span><\/li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le point suivant \u2013 <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">faire de l\u2019argent<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> &#8211; semble \u00e9vident et pourtant combien de cas o\u00f9 des managers montent des plans ou des strat\u00e9gies qui n\u2019aboutissent pas sur la cr\u00e9ation de richesse. Finalement quelques soient les moyens mis en place, la performance du manager sera toujours \u00e9tablie sur sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du cash et donc \u00e0 agir et contr\u00f4ler tous les leviers disponibles.<\/span><\/li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L\u2019<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">atteinte des objectifs <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">est un excellent moyen de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les \u00e9quipes, c\u2019est aussi permettre de garder ou de conqu\u00e9rir la confiance des donneurs d\u2019ordre, actionnaires ou patrons. En toutes circonstances, cela montre sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019adapter, \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer sa strat\u00e9gie, \u00e0 prendre des initiatives.<\/span><\/li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le dernier point &#8211; <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">avoir de l\u2019\u00e9thique<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> &#8211; c\u2019est \u00eatre en paix avec sa conscience, mais surtout exercer un point essentiel du management qui est l\u2019exemplarit\u00e9.
