C\u2019est une activit\u00e9 en plein essor en France, consistant \u00e0 int\u00e9grer dans les organisations des managers chevronn\u00e9s pour une dur\u00e9e de quelques mois \u00e0 environ 2 ans, pour conduire une transformation majeure, mener un projet strat\u00e9gique, supporter un manager en difficult\u00e9 ou en remplacer un dans l\u2019urgence. Tous les postes de managers peuvent faire l\u2019objet de missions de Management de Transition, les plus concern\u00e9s sont ceux de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, responsable administratif et financier, des relations humaines et ceux des fonctions op\u00e9rationnelles<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">.<\/span><\/p><h3><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Qu\u2019est-ce que le Management de Transition \u00e0 impact ?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le Management de Transition n\u2019est-il pas par d\u00e9finition \u00e0 impact ? Oui, certes, mais ici la notion d\u2019Impact est la m\u00eame que celle que l\u2019on donne pour l\u2019investissement \u00e0 impact ou les entreprises \u00e0 impact. Je propose donc la d\u00e9finition suivante.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le Management de Transition \u00e0 Impact (MTI) repose sur la notion de Performance Globale d\u2019une organisation, int\u00e9grant les performances \u00e9conomique, sociale, soci\u00e9tale et environnementale (la performance soci\u00e9tale mesure l\u2019impact de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation sur les parties prenantes comme la collectivit\u00e9 locale, les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u2026) Une mission MTI se d\u00e9finit donc comme une mission de management de transition int\u00e9grant une am\u00e9lioration significative sur le plan soit social, soit soci\u00e9tal, soit environnemental, soit sur 2 ou 3 de ces dimensions. L\u2019am\u00e9lioration ne doit pas se faire au d\u00e9triment d\u2019un des 4 piliers de la Performance Globale.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le Management de Transition \u00e0 Impact est-il pertinent ?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ma promotion du MTI aupr\u00e8s des professionnels du Management de Transition et ma pratique du MTI dans le cadre de mes missions de dirigeant de transition depuis 13 ann\u00e9es laissent \u00e0 penser que la r\u00e9ponse est que non, ce ne serait pas pertinent ! En effet, \u00e0 part quelques rares missions pour expert en ISO 14000 ou 26000, les notions de Performance Globale, de D\u00e9veloppement Durable ou de RSE n\u2019apparaissent que tr\u00e8s rarement dans les cahiers des charges des missions. Et affirmer son engagement dans ce domaine peut laisser l\u2019impression d\u2019un manque d\u2019engagement dans la dimension \u00e9conomique, la priorit\u00e9 de quasi toutes les missions. Il y a 13 ans j\u2019entendais des expressions comme \u00ab on ne veut pas de manager \u00e9colo \u00bb, de nos jours j\u2019entends encore des r\u00e9actions comme \u00ab ton image de manager op\u00e9rationnel va souffrir de ce positionnement \u00bb.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Et pourtant les derni\u00e8res <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">donn\u00e9es scientifiques<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> dramatiques sur le d\u00e9r\u00e8glement climatique, la chute de la biodiversit\u00e9 et les pollutions diverses\u202f; <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nos v\u00e9cus<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> des records de chaleur, de la s\u00e9cheresse et de la disparition des oiseaux et insectes\u202f; les progr\u00e8s des partis politiques \u00e9cologistes\u202f; les 65 milliards d\u2019euros du <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">plan de relance<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> du gouvernements point\u00e9s vers l\u2019\u00e9cologie et la solidarit\u00e9\u202f; la mont\u00e9e en force de l\u2019investissement \u00e0 impact, etc&#8230; tous ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes bouleversant la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne peuvent que s\u2019imposer d\u2019un moment \u00e0 l\u2019autre dans les d\u00e9finitions de la plupart des missions de management de transition.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Donc, fondamentalement le <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">MTI est pertinent<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> mais, le promouvoir est encore \u00e0 ce jour avant-gardiste et demande de la prudence dans la formulation de sa pr\u00e9sentation et de ses motivations. Il devrait devenir bient\u00f4t une \u00e9vidence et risque d\u2019\u00eatre victime de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et d\u2019un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de mode qui d\u00e9naturera son vrai sens. A terme, il ne pourra donc garder sa pertinence que s\u2019il est bas\u00e9 sur la mesure de ses impacts dans le cadre d\u2019un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel, comme par exemple l\u2019ISO 26000 ou les ODD (les Objectifs de D\u00e9veloppement Durable des Nations Unis) ou le GPS du CJD (1).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00c7a donne quoi concr\u00e8tement ?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Exemples de missions de Management de Transition \u00e0 Impact\u202f:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mission int\u00e9grant dans sa d\u00e9finition un objectif et une \u00e9valuation des progr\u00e8s en termes de \u2026\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li data-leveltext=\"o\" data-font=\"Courier New\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"2\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2026 s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du personnel<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li data-leveltext=\"o\" data-font=\"Courier New\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"2\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2026 gestion des risques psychosociaux<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li data-leveltext=\"o\" data-font=\"Courier New\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"2\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2026 qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li data-leveltext=\"o\" data-font=\"Courier New\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"2\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2026 impacts environnementaux<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li data-leveltext=\"o\" data-font=\"Courier New\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"3\" data-aria-level=\"2\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2026 d\u00e9marche RSE, ISO 14000, ISO 26000 ou autres r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">certains de ces points semblent \u00e9vidents, mais je n\u2019ai pas souvenir de les avoir lus dans aucune des centaines de d\u00e9finitions de missions auxquelles j\u2019ai acc\u00e9d\u00e9<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Redressement d\u2019une entreprise int\u00e9grant des objectifs de Performance Globale (pas qu\u2019\u00e9conomique)<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Am\u00e9lioration de la Performance Globale (pas qu\u2019op\u00e9rationnelle)<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Direction de projet avec des objectifs de Performance Globale<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"3\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Chef de projet d\u2019un transfert d\u2019activit\u00e9, int\u00e9grant la revitalisation du lieu d\u00e9lest\u00e9 de son activit\u00e9<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"4\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Fermeture d\u2019un site industriel (\u00e0 condition que cela ait un sens indiscutable sur le plan \u00e9conomique ou autre) int\u00e9grant des objectifs de Performance Globale<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"5\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">D\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une activit\u00e9 non nocive pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, en int\u00e9grant une approche comme l\u2019\u00e9co-conception ou l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire ou le bilan carbone<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"2\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Et pour finir, la mission MTI id\u00e9ale \u00e0 mes yeux : d\u00e9finition avec les parties prenantes de la \u00ab raison \u00eatre \u00bb et de la culture de l\u2019entit\u00e9 concern\u00e9e, puis transformation de son organisation et de ses process de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 les aligner sur cette \u00ab raison \u00eatre \u00bb.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Une mission de Management de Transition \u00e0 Impact\u202fn\u2019est pas obligatoirement une mission \u00ab\u202fpour changer le monde\u202f\u00bb. Elle peut \u00eatre une mission ordinaire, int\u00e9grant tout simplement une priorit\u00e9 comme \u00ab\u202fla s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du personnel\u202f\u00bb et sans impact n\u00e9gatif sur les autres dimensions de la Performance Globale. Enfin, une mission \u00e0 objectif purement \u00e9conomique peut devenir une mission \u00e0 Impact, gr\u00e2ce aux circonstances et\/ou \u00e0 l\u2019opportunisme du manager de transition permettant d\u2019y ajouter en cours de mission un impact social, soci\u00e9tal ou environnemental.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le mot de la fin<\/span><\/b><\/h3><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Un d\u00e9veloppement rapide du Management de Transition \u00e0 Impact ou de quelque chose d\u2019\u00e9quivalent serait un signe que le monde \u00e9conomique s\u2019est align\u00e9 sur les enjeux sociaux, soci\u00e9taux et environnementaux auxquels fait face notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d6c1279 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"d6c1279\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qu\u2019est-ce que le Management de Transition ?&nbsp; Quelques mots pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas le m\u00e9tier du Management de Transition.
