Elle est historiquement profitable.<\/p>\n<p>La mutation strat\u00e9gique de ses activit\u00e9s la confronte cependant&nbsp; \u00e0 des challenges industriels auxquels sa culture et son organisation&nbsp; ne l\u2019ont pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9e&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>entra\u00eener ses fournisseurs dans une d\u00e9marche de qualit\u00e9 et de progr\u00e8s,<\/li>\n<li>ma\u00eetriser des investissements de plus en plus lourds dans ses activit\u00e9s en d\u00e9veloppement<\/li>\n<li>g\u00e9rer le d\u00e9clin de segments d\u2019activit\u00e9 historique<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9finir une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019investissement industriel sur le long terme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le Manager de Transition apporte \u00e0 l\u2019Entreprise sa comp\u00e9tence pour aider les \u00e9quipes op\u00e9rationnelles \u00e0 atteindre des r\u00e9sultats significatifs dans des d\u00e9lais courts par le d\u00e9veloppement de travail en mode projet. Son exp\u00e9rience et sa position d\u2019intervenant en mission lui ouvrent facilement les portes des diff\u00e9rents services, tr\u00e8s demandeurs de support pour affronter des d\u00e9fis de plus en plus complexes.<\/p>\n<p>Son intervention est fortement op\u00e9rationnelle : s\u2019il r\u00e9alise des appels d\u2019offres, contribue \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des cahiers des charges, de la planification des projets\u2026, il implique surtout les \u00e9quipes dans l\u2019appropriation des m\u00e9thodes et du savoir faire.<\/p>\n<p>En quelques semaines des r\u00e9sultats strat\u00e9giques pour l\u2019Entreprise et visibles par le Management sont atteints. On peut citer&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; La baisse des co\u00fbts de sous-traitance de 25%, soit 350&nbsp;000 \u20ac, en seulement deux projets, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la formalisation rigoureuse d\u2019appels d\u2019offres et la mise en concurrence de sous traitants qualifi\u00e9s,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; L\u2019\u00e9laboration et la mise en \u0153uvre de proc\u00e9dures de suivi et de contr\u00f4le des d\u00e9penses sur les investissements en phase de d\u00e9veloppement, pour assurer la ma\u00eetrise de leurs budgets, en d\u00e9passement effectif de 20%, repr\u00e9sentant un enjeu de 600&nbsp;000 \u20ac en une seule ann\u00e9e,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; La d\u00e9finition d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement pour une activit\u00e9 de service technique client sur un march\u00e9 en d\u00e9clin.
